Right of withdrawal
We offer our customers a voluntary right of withdrawal. According to the Austrian Distance and Away Transactions Act (FAGG), you as a consumer have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving reasons.
Please note that we can only take back goods that are ready for sale, i.e. goods that are unused, undamaged and in perfect condition. Please make sure to handle the goods carefully and pack them adequately to avoid damage during transport.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Bernhard Schagerl) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can send me an informal email.
The goods must be returned within 14 days of the declaration of cancellation. The customer bears the costs of returning the goods unless we have expressly agreed to cover these costs.
We will refund you the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
However, we reserve the right to refuse or reduce the refund if the goods are damaged or worn.
Please note that the right of withdrawal may be excluded for certain goods, e.g. goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature, or specially manufactured goods such as special dimensions or coatings.
