We have been working hard on our new online presence since November and are pleased to announce that we successfully completed this process on December 23rd. This change was necessary because our previous provider lacked some essential setting options. We would be very happy to receive your feedback on our new homepage!
The year 2024 would have offered our Austrian customers a special opportunity: to purchase photovoltaic items tax-free. Unfortunately, the legislature saw things differently in the short term. Mounting items and accessories may only be sold tax-free in combination with photovoltaic modules in a sensible set.
As part of our ongoing development, we would like to expand our product offering in the new year to better meet the needs of our customers.
From January 1st, we will be shipping to even more countries - a total of 29 countries, including all 27 EU countries as well as Liechtenstein and Switzerland. Our products should be available across Europe so that even more people can benefit from our solutions.
It is important to us that all aspects of shipping - packaging, shipping and storage - remain our own responsibility. This conscious approach ensures the quality and reliability of our deliveries. Our products will continue to be shipped directly from us to you, without external service providers or dropshipping.
