Today I'm particularly excited to publish my first blog post. When I started selling I had no idea what to expect. But I soon realized that I was on the right path. The sales of my products exceeded all expectations and I still can't believe it.
I am particularly proud of the trust of my customers, who repeatedly choose my solar panels. I am happy about every single order and I will continue to do everything I can to offer you the best quality and reliability. So far I have not had a single complaint, return or warranty case, which motivates me all the more to maintain this high standard.
As interest and sales grow, it becomes more challenging to provide all customers with comprehensive advice. Nevertheless, I do my best to advise and support each customer individually and with the same dedication - regardless of whether it is a private purchase of a single solar panel or an order of 500 pieces from a dealer.
I am proud to say that we have already made a significant contribution to reducing CO2 emissions. The sale of the solar sheets has so far (as of January 1st, 2023) resulted in an estimated CO2 saving of 1,111.5 tons of CO2 per year be achieved. This results from multiplying the annual CO2 savings per 400Wp module (1.9 tons of CO2) by the number of solar panels sold (4 pieces per module).
In the last few weeks I have been able to find a new shipping service provider. This allows me to now offer lower prices and faster shipping to every country, which benefits my customers. I have also added a new payment provider that allows my customers to pay quickly and conveniently on my homepage.
I am currently in the process of offering my products on additional sales platforms and thus reaching more customers.
For the future, I plan to expand my product range and develop more solutions for solar mounting on wave ternite and bitumen. I already have a few ideas that I would like to put into action soon. Some wholesalers have also expressed interest in my products, which of course makes me very happy.
